Marlene Bell and Associates is a real estate firm established in April 2002.

At this time, the sole practitioner is Marlene Bell, who has been working in real estate since 1988.

Along with her 20 years of professional experience, Marlene is the holder of a Certificate in Estate Agency (CEA) and a Diploma in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying (Dip. LEVS) from the College of Arts, Science and Technology (now the University of Technology).

She is a highly qualified real estate broker licensed by the Real Estate Board to practice in the areas of :

	Valuation		Property Management
	Property Sales		Auctioneering
	Property rentals/leases

Marlene has been a member of the Council of the Realtors Association of Jamaica where she served as Treasurer from 2003 - 2004 and again from 2005 - 2007. She has periodically given lectures to students of the real estate salesman and broker courses in the Department of the Built Environment at the University of Technology.

Currently, Marlene Bell and Associates specializes in property management of residential premises, as well as property sales and rentals. Although we are based in Kingston, Jamaica, our property listings cover the entire island and include residential, commercial, agricultural and industrial uses.
